Job description:
|
Proficient in all PCs and peripheral hardware including the functioning of internal components.
Must be able to repair PC / Notebook / Printer hardware at component level.
Proficient in all Microsoft Desktop software products.
Should be dynamic and update his knowledge of hardware continuously through further reading and organized courses.
Capable of analyzing and diagnosing hardware problems expeditiously.
Capable of analyzing and diagnosing user problems.
Good English typing speed on PC keyboard.
Ability to ask leading questions in order to discover as much as possible about a users problem.
Fluent in English and preferably have knowledge of Arabic as well.
Good communication skills (both oral and written)
