• Able to prepare the reports required
• has experience in diagnosing and solving problems related to the computer (hardware, software and applications)
• Excellent experience in creating and building new images to the desktop \ laptop (operating system + applications)
• An excellent experience in troubleshooting and repair of computers, printers, Tracers, scanners and other peripherals
• excellent experience in installing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2003.2007 or any system, the latest
• Has experience in networking and setting up using Microsoft Outlook K) Excellent experience in the use of Microsoft software, PowerPoint, Visio,
• Has the skill training
• Has an excellent skill in the documentation.
• Prefers to be the last two years of experience in the State of Kuwait or any of the GCC
• Fluent in reading and writing Arabic.
